With over a decade of clinical experience in women’s health, fertility, and perinatal care, this work is grounded in a thoughtful, thorough approach spanning the full reproductive continuum — from preconception and infertility through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.
Many patients arrive after years of managing symptoms without clear answers, so care focuses on understanding patterns over time and addressing the root.

Hormones, understood
Care is offered for women, couples, and families seeking thoughtful, individualized support for complex and evolving health concerns. Appointments are collaborative, with care plans shaped by history, context, and the shifting needs of each stage of life.
Outside of practice, Olivia is a mother to an adventurous Aries girl, a lifelong food enthusiast, and has recently discovered a love for strength training. Much of her time is spent with her family and close friends, many of whom are navigating the evolving seasons of womanhood alongside her.
Olivia’s approach has also been shaped by her own experience with unexplained infertility. Moving through that process deepened her understanding of the gaps that can exist in fertility care, and the level of advocacy, commitment, and curiosity often required along the way. She offers perspective and an ability to relate to patients on a more personal level.
“the body speaks - it just needs to be understood.”
With over a decade of clinical experience, Olivia works with women across the reproductive continuum. Her practice has evolved alongside her patients, with an approach grounded in understanding how the body shifts over time and how those transitions influence overall wellbeing.
More recently, her work has expanded to include care for women navigating the constellation of symptoms in perimenopause, with a focus on making this decade a more informed and empowered one.
Meet Olivia
Much of the joy in this work comes from education: making complex systems more understandable and supporting women in taking an active, informed role in their health.
This work is rooted in helping women better understand their bodies — because meaningful change is hard to achieve when things feel confusing or disconnected.
Begin by scheduling an initial visit. Prior to your appointment, you will complete an in-depth health history so your time is used thoughtfully and efficiently.
Your first visit is a thorough, collaborative conversation. First we’ll discuss your goals. Then we review your history, patterns over time, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any previous testing. When appropriate, additional laboratory testing may be recommended to clarify root contributors.
Following your assessment, you’ll receive a clear, individualized plan. This may include nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, supplementation, acupuncture, and strategic follow-up plan — always tailored to you.
Healing is dynamic. Follow-up visits allow space to reassess, adjust and support your progress over time — whether navigating cycle shifts, fertility treatment, pregnancy, perimenopause or rebuilding foundational health.
Care evolves as you do.
What to expect
Most extended health benefit plans in Ontario include coverage for naturopathic care. You will receive an official receipt to submit for reimbursement under naturopathic services.
Although acupuncture is within the scope of practice for a licensed naturopathic doctor, receipts are issued under naturopathic medicine rather than registered acupuncturist coverage. Coverage for acupuncture varies by plan, so you may wish to confirm details directly with your provider.
Are visits covered by insurance?
Yes. Care may be integrated alongside IVF cycles, including nutritional and metabolic optimization and acupuncture to support stimulation and embryo transfer phases. A growing body of research suggests that integrative support — including targeted nutrition, metabolic optimization, and acupuncture — may be associated with improved IVF outcomes when used alongside conventional treatment. Care is coordinated thoughtfully and aligned with your fertility clinic’s protocol.
Can you support patients undergoing IVF?
Yes. Male factor infertility — including abnormal sperm parameters, metabolic influences, and hormonal imbalances — can be addressed as part of a comprehensive fertility approach.
Care is also available for men seeking support for digestive concerns, metabolic health, adrenal and stress-related hormone patterns, sleep disturbances, and other chronic conditions that influence long-term wellbeing.
Do you work with male partners?
Let’s begin– it’s time for care that moves you forward.
If you’ve been searching for care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in a deeper understanding of how the body changes across time, you are in the right place.
When your body feels out of rhythm — whether through cycle changes, fertility challenges, or metabolic shifts — it helps to have care that looks at the full picture.
